Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from, the UK,, Europe, North America, Australia or anywhere else, just place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own card currency.

We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, and normal mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling We normally despatch by Royal Mail or appropriate Courier Service. Postal charges are made at the current Post Office (by weight or service) cost price to us. Courier charges are at the appropriate carrier's (by weight or service) cost price to us. Special delivery services can be arranged by prior contact with us.
Delivery Schedule Books and other goods will be despatched promptly if they are in stock. We will normally dispatch your order to you within one business day. UK & European orders are generally received within three working days. International orders are generally received in less than ten working days.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from within the UK or the European Union, other than Zero rated items, 15.0% VAT is added. All other regions orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security Credit card processing is carried out on our behalf by Worldpay, one of the world leaders in credit card processing. They use very strong security when processing your payments. All your personal and credit card details are only used for the duration of the transaction.
Guarantee We want to guarantee your satisfaction. If you believe that the purchaced goods are not of a satisfactory quality or condition, you may, within 30 days of delivery, notify us (in writing or by e-mail), stating the reason for the dissatisfaction. If we authorise return of the goods and they are returned to us in their original condition at your expense, we will replace them or refund the price of the books, publications or goods.
